Dwayne, the Director of Impressive Electrical & Solar, is a Licensed Electrician and an SAA-accredited solar system designer and installer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Known for his commitment to perfection, Dwayne goes beyond business transactions—he believes in serving customers with honesty, reliability, expertise, and a personal touch. Always eager to expand his knowledge, he stays up to date with the latest solar installation techniques and often assists other businesses with his expertise. He likes to take on challenging jobs and will strive to deliver perfectionism at every point. Dwayne believes the relationship with the customer is just as important as the job itself. When he’s not working, Dwayne enjoys bodyboarding and fishing with his family.

Darren is a Licensed Electrician and an SAA-accredited solar system designer and installer, bringing expertise and precision to every project. With a strong passion for renewable energy and an eye for detail, he ensures top-quality solar solutions tailored to each client's needs. A dedicated family man, Darren enjoys travelling with his loved ones, hitting the golf course, and having a good chat—he’s always up for a conversation! His friendly and approachable nature makes him a valued member of the Impressive Electrical & Solar team.

Imron is a Licensed Electrician and SAA-accredited solar system designer and installer, known for his expertise and attention to detail in both electrical and solar solutions. With a reputation for always smiling and maintaining a pleasant attitude, he brings a positive energy to every project. Customers are fond of his kind and happy nature and he never shies away from a good conversation. Outside of work, Imron enjoys travelling and off-road driving/camping with his family.

Ryan is a powerhouse on the team, bringing skill, strength, and determination to every job. As a Licensed Electrician and SAA-accredited solar system designer and installer, he tackles even the toughest installations with confidence—no roof is too high or challenging. Known as the brawn of the company, he gets the job done safely and efficiently. When he’s not hard at work, you’ll find him unwinding with a game of golf or cheering on his favourite footy team.

Lucas is a highly skilled Licensed Electrician and an SAA-accredited solar system designer and installer. With a strong work ethic and sharp technical skills, he consistently delivers top-quality solar solutions. Beyond his expertise, Lucas brings great energy to the team, always up for a joke and a laugh making every job site a better place to be. And as a bonus, he keeps the office well-stocked with Lindt chocolate—earning him extra points with the crew!

Shane is a dedicated second-year apprentice who brings great strength and enthusiasm to the team. Always keen to learn, he tackles every task with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, Shane loves playing footy, hanging out with his mates, and going off-roading whenever he gets the chance.
