Get Commercial QuoteCommercial Solar Is Different — Your Installer Should Reflect That
A commercial install isn't a scaled-up residential job. It involves three-phase power, larger inverter configurations, structural assessments, and more complex network approval processes. Our team handles all of it under one licence — NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #306412C — rather than subcontracting critical parts to others.
System Sizes for Commercial Properties
We model your consumption against roof space and export limits — not simply the largest system that fits.

Small Commercial
Offices, retail shops, medical centres
30–100kW
Mid-range
Warehouses, light industrial, larger retail

How We Manage Commercial Installations
- Pre-installation planning — Structural review, consumption analysis, network pre-approval
- Out-of-hours options — For businesses that cannot have roof work during trading hours
- Staged installations — Large systems completed in planned stages to minimise disruption
- Dedicated project contact — One person you can call — not a call centre
- Free ROI modelling — Estimated annual savings and 10-year cash flow projections in every proposal

Commercial Solar FAQs
- Do you install three-phase commercial solar systems?
- Yes. Our licensed electricians are experienced with three-phase installations across a range of commercial property types in Sydney.
- Can I claim government incentives on a commercial solar system?
- Commercial systems may be eligible under the Large-scale Renewable Energy Target (LRET) scheme, which generates Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs). We can walk you through what your system would qualify for.
- How long does a commercial solar installation take?
- It depends on system size and site complexity. Small commercial systems may take 1–2 days. Larger installations are typically planned in stages across multiple days.
- Do we need to shut down operations during installation?
- Not necessarily. We plan installations to minimise disruption and can schedule work outside business hours or in sections where your operations remain unaffected.
- We lease our premises — can we still go solar?
- In some cases, yes. It requires the landlord's written approval. We can help you understand what's involved and what questions to ask your landlord.
- What if our roof needs structural work before solar can be installed?
- We conduct a structural assessment as part of our commercial site review. If additional work is needed, we'll flag it clearly before any commitment is made.
