A solar system is only as good as the installation behind it. Poor cable management, undersized wiring, or incorrect inverter configuration reduce output and cause long-term problems. Our installers are licensed electricians — not subcontractors hired for the day. Every installation is signed off under NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #306412C and meets the SAA Accredited Installer requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does residential solar installation cost in Sydney?
- Costs vary based on system size, roof type and your switchboard setup. A quality 6.6kW system in Sydney typically falls in the $5,000–$8,000 range after the government rebate is applied. We provide a detailed written quote before any work begins.
- Do I need to be home during the installation?
- Yes, we ask that someone is home on installation day. The job usually takes one day, and we'll need access to your switchboard and roof.
- Will solar work on my roof if I have some shading?
- It depends on the degree and timing of shading. We assess this during the site inspection. In some cases, optimisers or microinverters can improve output on partially shaded roofs.
- How long does the installation take?
- Most residential installations are completed in a single day. Grid connection paperwork typically takes a few business days after that.
- What warranty comes with my solar system?
- Panels generally carry a 25-year performance warranty. Inverter warranties vary by brand, typically 5–12 years. All our installation workmanship is covered under Australian Consumer Law and our own labour warranty.
- Can I add a battery later?
- Yes. We can install systems that are battery-ready from day one, making it straightforward to add storage down the track without additional switchboard work.
